Job Overview
This position is responsible for developing new business relationships through active telephone prospecting.
Responsibilities
responsible for generating new search and recruiting business through active business development activities which include telephone marketing and selling.
responsible for managing existing client relationships
responsible for managing the entire search and recruitment process
responsible for conducting thorough interviews to assess potential candidates skill set
responsible presenting active candidates that satisfy client requirements to client decision makers
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate client and candidate activity records in CRM system.
Requirements
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree
Sales, Account Management or Business to Business Customer Support experience preferred
Motivated entry level candidates encouraged to apply
Experience using CRM software a plus.
