The Carrier Account Manager is responsible for growing the transport program with prospective carriers by utilizing sales and customer service skills in increasing enrollments, determining quality leads and providing a top-notch customer service experience.
Outcomes & Responsibilities:
- Effectively and professionally introduce the program and vision to prospective carriers
- Increase number of enrollments
- Secure carrier capacity through price negotiations via phone/email
- Cold call to find qualified leads
- Adhere to company data standards
- Passionately pursue the achievement of sales metrics while constantly honing communication skills, listening skills, sales techniques and industry knowledge

Qualifications:
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Sales
- Agriculture experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Previous Inside Sales experience preferred
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Work Ethic with a desire to build a career in Sales
- Knowledge of trucking transportation and logistics is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
