Carrier Account Manager

Memphis, Tennessee
The Carrier Account Manager is responsible for growing the transport program with prospective carriers by utilizing sales and customer service skills in increasing enrollments, determining quality leads and providing a top-notch customer service experience.
 Outcomes & Responsibilities:
  • Effectively and professionally introduce the program and vision to prospective carriers
  • Increase number of enrollments
  • Secure carrier capacity through price negotiations via phone/email
  • Cold call to find qualified leads
  • Adhere to company data standards
  • Passionately pursue the achievement of sales metrics while constantly honing communication skills, listening skills, sales techniques and industry knowledge

 Qualifications:
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Sales
  • Agriculture experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Previous Inside Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Work Ethic with a desire to build a career in Sales
  • Knowledge of trucking transportation and logistics is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
